Her experience includes Working with clients, advising them on a range of issues, including Corporate Governance and Shareholder issues.

Henry is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and also a Lawyer. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN),the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He possesses an LLB, LLM and a BL.

Henry’s experience includes serving as the CFO of a marginal field operator in Nigeria; Accountant in an International Oil Producing company and has spent several years working in the banking sector at very senior management levels. Henry has also offered other professional services in the UK and in Nigeria with over 30 years of cognate work experience.
