Government Advisory
We work closely with public sector corporations and multilateral agencies in value for money (VFM) audits assisting corporations to assess the value impact of projects and monitor contract performance. We also assist public sector officials to develop strategies for reform and policy development, including identifying areas of challenge which require reform, engaging with stakeholders in the private sector.
